A Mediterranean Classic

Preparation

1.Sauté Risotto mix with 2-3 tbsp GEFRO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, until rice is slightly translucent. 2.Add white wine to taste and boil down. 3.Add 500 ml GEFRO Vegetable Bouillon bit by bit and cook for 20 – 25 minutes, stirring continuously. The rice should be creamy, but also al dente. 4.Add some GEFRO Omega-3 Basil Oil, some Parmesan and a pinch of GEFRO Spice Blend Pepper Mix, to taste. Enjoy!

Italians love their risotto –hot, cold and often. No, really – risotto is often served cold, as the first course of a typical Italian meal with many courses, as a delicious side-dish or as a main meal itself. In many Mediterranean countries, good risotto is as important as good wine. Its preparation is quite simple. Sauté the packages’ contents for 3-4 portions in 4-5 tablespoons of GEFRO Olive Oil, until the rice is slightly translucent. Add white wine to taste and boil down. Add 500 ml GEFRO Vegetable Bouillon bit by bit and cook for 20 – 25 minutes, stirring continuously. The rice should be creamy, but also al dente.
