Preparation
- Add 1 tablespoon (approx. 18 g) to 1 litre of water or 1 teaspoon (approx. 4 g) in 1 bowl with 250 ml of powder in hot water and enjoy.
- Only use as a seasoning after cooking.

Dosing salt correctly and using salt alternatives
Especially when it comes to salt, using the right amount is crucial not in only terms of seasoning, but also for our health. The consumption of too little salt can be just as harmful to our body as ingesting too much. Nutritionists recommend a maximum serving of 6 g of salt per day, roughly around 1 teaspoon. This is absolutely enough salt, both for our bodies as well as to flavour the food we eat. Studies even show that people found food with 10 grams of salt to be too salty after they’d switched over to consuming 6 grams of salt.
Low sodium broths for diet and well-being
