Intensely flavoured herb and pine nut pesto with an abundance of piquant ingredients that give this pesto its herby and savoury flavour. Enjoy the diversity of this wonderfully flavoursome Herb-Pine Nut Pesto, with e.g. GEFRO High-Fibre Pasta, as a Mediterranean spread on bread fresh from the oven, in dressings for crunchy salads, or as marinades for fresh meat and fish, as well as to refine and season your favourite dishes. Its preparation is simple.

Preparation

• Mix 10 g powder (1 tbsp) with 5 ml water (1 tsp) and then mix well with 15 ml oil (2 tablespoons). Done! Makes enough for 2 portions of pasta.

30 % tomato powder, 28 % hard cheese, inulin (from chicory), onion granules, sea salt, 4 % tomato granules, 3 % pine nuts, chili, garlic granules, parsley, basil, oregano, oregano extract, acidifier: lactic acid. (May contain traces of nuts and peanuts.)
Allergenic substances: peanuts & products thereof, milk & products thereof.
 

Pesto Funghi:
37 % hard cheese, inulin (from chicory), granulated onion, sweet whey powder, sea salt, Slippery Jack mushroom, 3 % porcini mushroom powder, 3 % walnuts, Slippery Jack mushrooms granulate, 2 % porcini mushroom granulate, parsley, white pepper, chervil, fenugreek seeds, turmeric.
