Sweet whey
Sweet whey is a purely natural product that is created during the production of cheese. It is the liquid part that remains after the milk has coagulated. Sweet whey powder tastes good dissolved in juice or added to yoghurt or muesli.
Preparation
One heaped tablespoon (approx. 22 g) to 250 ml litre of fresh, cold drinking water or still water.
Tip: To avoid clumping, first stir 1 tablespoon of powder with 1 tablespoon of water until creamy, then add the remaining liquid and stir with a whisk or spoon.
Natural body care: For velvety soft, smooth skin, add 5 - 10 tablespoons of powder to a full bath (pH value 6.1).
