Preparation
Add one heaped tablespoon (approx. 22 g) GEFRO Sweet Whey Powder to 1/4 litre of fresh, cold drinking water or still water.
- Fill glass with water
- Use a dry tablespoon to add sweet whey powder and
- immediately stir the liquid at the bottom of the glass using a spoon or whisk.
Summer drinks easily and quickly made: using fruit, vegetable and vitamin juices as well as fruits and any ingredients you like.
Recommendation: please start with only one glass per day in order to determine your tolerance level.
Whey should be dosed so that diarrhoea does not occur. You may increase the quality or use the product as a whey treatment only when no intestinal problems occur.
